First Step: All you need to do is give us a call. We can assist you over the phone, online, or we will meet with you and your family in person. We want to determine exactly what you are looking for in your new place, as well as your budget, so we can offer a few different options to you. What are your needs?
Independent Living - Maybe you need a large patio to fill with your beautiful flowers. Maybe you prefer an ocean view, and a quite area. Are you into social activities? More of loner?
Assisted Living - Do you need assistance with meals preparation, laundry, transportation? Help with Medicine? Someone to check on you nightly, help with bathing, and dressing? What is your level of ADL (Assisted Daily Living)
Memory Care or more of a skilled nursing environment
Remember, we visit independent living, and assisted living communities in the area often and continually so we truly know what they have to offer.
Second Step: After we gather the information and get it in your hands for review, and you decide what properties you may want to consider, we will set-up a tour for you and your family. We will be there with you on your scheduled tour if you wish. We can help you ask the questions and start the negotiation process.
Third Step: Time to move in and get settled. Please remember we want you to be happy. Give us a call when you get settled in so we can come visit with you and your family member just to say hello.
